I’m feeling pretty fun and lively in this print skirt and my strappy ankle pumps. Maybe that energy will motivate my ass to get to the gym…!
It’s been over a month since I’ve been to the gym due to some personal things going on, but I’m thinking this week I’ll try to get back in my groove. Baby steps. On the positive, I’ve lost 6 lbs towards my goal weight just by having a bit less of an appetite so maybe that will serve as motivation. Goal weight loss: 9 more lbs to go. Toning goal: need to get back to weights and cardio for this one. Wish me luck.
